One of the greatest promises in this passage is simple:
"The Lord your God is with you."
Sometimes we assume God is distant.
Watching from heaven.
Checking in occasionally.
But that's not the picture Zephaniah gives.
God isn't simply aware of your situation.
He's with you in it.
He's with you in the doctor's office.
With you in the difficult conversation.
With you in the waiting.
With you in the uncertainty.
You are never alone.
God is near.
Today's Question:Where do I need to become more aware of God's presence today?
Today's Challenge:Several times today, pause and remind yourself: "God is with me right now."

“Lord, thank You for never leaving me alone. Help me live today with a greater awareness of Your presence.”
